I have been sick for almost a week.. Now I'll admit a workout has been the farthest thing from my mind but I have figured out something.. A good long walk that makes u sweat is actually a good way of moving this mess out of your body.. I walked my 3 miles yesterday and I noticed the mess begin to break up more and it helped me sleep. I didn't walk until later in the day due to grocery shopping and all but I made myself do it.. Push and strive for the goals u set. You can do it.. I know if I can u can..
