Getting Back In The Swing

Holy cow.. Ok so let me just say that when u get out of the habit of your exercise routine be it even slightly, Getting back in the groove is like starting over.  This does however detour me from getting out of the habit again.  This for a couple of reasons lol. First and foremost I DO NOT like setbacks. This is insane.. Now here is my deal. My daughter has a 5k coming up in Dec and not only does she want me to participate but I really would love to participate. I am no where near a runner and this I'm sure won't be easy.. So if any of you runners have any ideas On breathing techniques I'd love to hear from you.
So now I am back in the groove so to speak and am getting my miles in in the morning when I can't sleep. I find it a good distraction when my insomnia is in high gear.. Now of you all will help pray me through this I'd appreciate it. 
I am in no way a professional I am simply sharing with you what has and is working for me..

Missing In Action

I would like to take a minute to apologize to each of you for the disappearing act.  I don't have and won't make an excuse all I will say is is am back and I am going to work harder on making this a habit I keep, a hobby I pick up, it again is going to become a way of life.
