Almost Weigh In Day

I'm a little nervous and a little excited all at the same time. 
I don't know how many of u remember me throwing away my scales. Well I threw away my digital scales.. I do.t trust them. I have a set of those old timey one that u step on that u male sure is sitting on 0 then u stop on it kinda deals.. Well that set I still have and on 1-1-17 I weighed 200 even.. which is such a hard pill for me to swallow, So I set a 10 pounds goal for myself and have worked hard, aside from a couple of little obstacles I have worked hard to hopefully achieve this goal.. However if I don't reach this as long as I haven't gained I will be happy with whatever I achieve.. Every pound lost is a good thing.. Thank you to all of you for your love and support..

Under The Weather But Still Get My Walk In

I have been sick for almost a week.. Now I'll admit a workout has been the farthest thing from my mind but I have figured out something.. A good long walk that makes u sweat is actually a good way of moving this mess out of your body.. I walked my 3 miles yesterday and I noticed the mess begin to break up more and it helped me sleep. I didn't walk until later in the day due to grocery shopping and all but I made  myself do it.. Push and strive for the goals u set.  You can do it.. I know if I can u can..

An Addition To My Day

Sometimes motivation is NOT something i have.. And i am also about energy and so i did some research and decided to try a pre-workout. Now as a rule i try very hard not to use things like this but i thought I'd like everything else try it and see what i thought.. I wanted to see how it made me feel. I wanted to try at least one container and see if it was a jittery energy or all in all how my body would respond while i walked and if there was a crash after, You know all those kinda things.. I know you have seen me talk about how the diet pills from these doctors are bad for your body and they are, The side effects suck bad trust me i know i took them. So i didn't want to tell you that about those but then turn around and put something in my body that was essentially the same thing. So i have been doing one i found that i thought would work for me and so far so good. I drink one scoop in a bottle of about 10 ounces of water in blue raspberry flavor. I drink this about 30 min before i do my 3 miles on the treadmill, followed by the circuit things I do.
I get on the treadmill and the more i walk the more i want to walk. I also notice that i sweat way more now that i have started drinking this.. I push myself more and i am actually  thinking of going up to 4 miles.. I am wanting more out of my performance for me. I am wanting to be healthier and this gives me the kick in the booty i like early to get me pumped up and keep me pumped through my workout.I will finish this container and decide from there if i want to continue it again but as of now i am pleased with my choice to try it..

Question 19~~ Are Emotions And Weight Connected?

Man Oh man this is a subject that is so so close to home for me.. Now i can this for me and me alone but i completely believe these are connected.. I am as of this last month or so working on trying to change this as much as I can. My emotions are very connected to the way I eat or at least they have been. I am working on changing that although I know it won't be easy. I am definitely a depression eater and what I mean by that is when I have bad days I honestly just want to sit down and get the gallon of ice cream and chocolate chip cookies and just pig out but I don't.. I would love to grab a huge burger with everything under the shinning sun on it and eat it and add a side of chili cheese fries to go with it.. Yep that would be the perfect meal when i was sad or feeling lonely because ya know what it is there and no one else is, That use to be my thinking. I am however trying to retrain my brain.. I am trying to remember that yes at the time it may make me feel better but it isn't good for me at all. So i am trying some things when these feelings come over me to fill my face with this kind of mess that i need to do one of two things, Grab water and get on the treadmill or i need to grab some fruit and veggies in its place. I am by no means perfect at this as i have just started but i have to try to do it different otherwise being clinically depressed will have me the size of a house because goodness knows i would much rather have the mess that is bad for me. But like everything else in life it's one day at a time..

Question 18~ What Is A Good Cleanse To Use

This is a great question. As a rule, I don't necessarily use a cleanse so to speak any more. I have use them in the past don't get me wrong. I have found if you aren't careful they are or can be rather harsh on the body. The product i have found that works amazing for me is a product that is as all natural as can be considering it is all fruits and veggies. The company is called It Works. They are an amazing company and their products are all natural. I will attach a link at the end of the post. Now let me explain to you why i chose this.
This is a product That in the beginning works like a cleanse so to speak because it works to get your body rid of the junk that builds up but then it stabilizes and works to keep you on track. You get the 8 servings of fruits and veggies your body is supposed to have throughout the day, All at one time.. I know alot of you like myself don't always eat like we should. Well with the greens that this company produces this is the easiest and tastiest way for me to get this..  This company makes several other amazing products but so far this is all i have had the pleasure of trying..

Making More Than Just A Change

It's funny that I am actually talking about this because it took me forever to.even understand where to even begin. I knew I needed to loose weight and I also know it's something I have done more times than I care to count and failed at.  Well no more failure for me.. I'm not at all saying I have nailed down the art because I have not at all but I am a little more informed now which helps out a lot.  I know first and foremost that there are alot of scams out there and trust me when I tell u I have more than likely tried them all and as u can see I am still fighting the battle. So after some major research it basically boils down to clean eating and keep your body moving.  The fads out there work as long as u are able to spend the money to take them. As soon as u actually decide to eat then u will gain it back and then some. Train your brain to eat good healthy food, clean food. And MOVE YOUR BOOTY...
As I have said I am by no means an expert in am simply sharing with you what has and is working for me.

My Manditory For 2017

I guess Manditory is a rather strong word but it's a word I have decided is best for this process. The year 2017 is bringing about some new changes, (yes I know I have said it before) . These are changes I need  to do in order to bring myself to a healthier place both mentally as well as physically.  I will be seeing a doctor for the first time in several years so like a stayed before I am getting me back in order. Well with that being said and all the medical about to be taken care of, I also am going to invest some MANDITORY time into some fitness. I am doing a Manditory 3 miles in the treadmill every single morning. Now depending on what day of the week it is will depend on how song it takes me.. When I say that I mean that on m-w-f, I will be walking the treadmill at a 4%incline and at 3.0 mph.. Now on T-t-S,  I will be walking treadmill at 10%incline and 2mph.. until I reach my desired 3 miles..
I as  have every meal planned and every thing set amd ready to run by my doctor when I see them.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

This morning started a brand new year so I have been doing some thinking and some serious soul searching. I haven't as u know from the previous post been to a doctor in a long time so when I stepped on my scale and saw this number and added it into the info on my Samsung health app on my phone just to see the word obese pop up literally made me sick..
I will NOT allow the number 200 define me.. so let's make this year a year of healthy choices and better decisions.  I will have a more accurate weight when I go to doc on the 12th..
