FitBit ~A 30 Day Challenge I Set Myself

I was lucky enough to receive a fitbit for a friend the other day and I am excited because I have had mixed feelings about them and how they work so this is so cool to get to use... I have even been reading reviews forever and listening to trainers and all this.. Now I am here to tell u that I am still absolutely NO expert but I have come to the conclusions of the best way I think this will work..
I wear it with the sensors on the underside side of my wrist resting exactly where my pulse is.. To me this makes most since for getting an accurate reading for heart rate .. In doin this it also seems to sit the most flush against the wrist which also seems to make more since in counting your steps.. Now I am absolutely not saying this is correct but I am saying this is my logic and whatever after research. 
Today's date.. 2-3-17. I got this on 2-2-17.. I officially began using it today and I will post my results from it.. This is exciting to me because I was rather sceptical about them meaning I saw people wearing them and they flopped around and didn't actually touch the wrist and it seemed worn or like it would be incorrect.. Not saying it was just seemed that way to me.  So this is when I began reading.. and that's why I now feel the way I do about this one..
After I post today's results I will use ok the for a bit, like maybe 10 days and I will see what I think and come back and let u know..
